01 / Claim a node
Choose an empty circle. Place a number from 1 to 9 that does not repeat in its row, column or 3 × 3 sector. Ordinary nodes score 1; the core scores 2.
02 / Invest before the reveal
Each sector has a fictional stock. Buy where you expect construction. A trade uses one of your three actions, just like building.
03 / Read your rivals
Plans stay hidden until everyone submits. Priority rotates. If two players target the same node, the earlier move wins it. A completed sector awards 5 points to its majority owner.
04 / Win the whole economy
After six rounds, construction points + portfolio profit ÷ 5 decide the winner. Shares are marked to the final price. Mission badges are personal goals, not extra points.
Playtest data & privacy
Game progress and optional feedback are saved under a random browser player key. Basic visit counts help us understand whether people try the game. The game does not request a name or email.
Turning this off stops future visit records. Game saves and feedback you choose to send still work. Clearing browser storage creates a different player identity.

Price = previous close + 3 per restored node − 2 operating cost + 5 on first sector completion. Public contract: +3 when its announced sector has new construction. Floor: 5 credits. Every order costs 1 action + 1 credit. No short selling.

Build a legal network
Use frequencies 1–9 once in each row, column and 3×3 sector. Diamond markers are fixed clues. A move that prevents a valid solution is rejected.
Plan, then reveal
Queue up to three moves per round. Solo matches have three bots. Friend matches have two humans and two bots. Rivals plan without seeing your queue. Moves resolve one at a time in the displayed priority order; the first architect changes each round. An occupied node or conflicting move fails without losing existing points.
Control the sectors
A new node earns 1 point, or 2 in the central core. Once a sector is full, the player with the most claimed nodes receives 5 bonus points. Tied players split the bonus. Fixed clues count for no one.
Finish on top
The match ends after six rounds or when the board is full. Highest score wins; equal scores share victory. Use arrow keys on the board and number keys to place a frequency. Solo and daily matches allow two suggestions. Friend matches have no hints. Suggestions do not predict rival plans.
How investing affects the match
All four players start with 100 fictional credits. A buy or sell uses one of your three actions. Orders fill at the round’s opening quote; all nine prices then update from the revealed construction results. Queued orders reserve cash and shares. Holdings are limited to four shares per company.
Your total score is construction points + (cash + current share value − 100) ÷ 5. Investment losses reduce your score. Remaining shares are valued at the final closing price; you do not need to sell before the match ends. Share ownership does not grant node control. Bots follow the same trading rules.
